Our home is close to the center of Surrey where life is convenient. There are a variety of local shops, restaurants, and beautiful parks nearby. Very quick and easy journey to shopping malls such as Surrey Central, Guildford Mall, and Metrotown.
There is a bus stop right in front of our home. My daughter often takes the bus to get to school. We have many great schools near our place: Simon Fraser University, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Douglas College, Queen Elizabeth Secondary School, etc.
We specialize in providing an English and Mandarin-speaking family home in a clean, warm and friendly environment. On weekends, my daughter and I often do sports and play classical music together. My son also visits once a week to help mow the grass and do house maintenance.
We are a family full of love and positive energy. Our home space is very grand, bright, spacious, and full of artistic atmosphere. Welcome to join us and be part of the family!

About the Area
Our house is located near the center of Surrey. We have an elementary school close to our home that's less than a minute's walk away. It's a very safe and friendly environment.
With a 5 minute drive, we arrive at the beautiful Bear Creek Park. The park blossoms with flowers in the summer. It features an outdoor pool and waterpark, a playground, nature trails, as well as running tracks, and soccer fields.
Very close to our home, there’s also the Surrey Memorial Hospital. In case of an emergency, professional aid is very fast and accessible.
Right in front of our home, there's a bus stop that takes us directly to Surrey Central Station. At Surrey Central Station, there's the Surrey Central Mall that is very convenient for shopping, grocery shopping, visiting local restaurants, and working. The station also makes transiting to other cities like Vancouver very effortless.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house. It is allowed outdoors only.
Please keep our home secure and lock the front door using your assigned key when entering and leaving the house.
No pets are allowed inside the house.
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself. Ask me and I will happily turn it up/down for you depending on your requirements.
Feel free to use the kitchen for breakfast and tea, but please clean up after!
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight, please.
Please do not randomly invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over, just agree with me in advance

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
