My home in Bolivar Heights infront of the green belt. It is in a cul-de-sac area. It is 2 minutes walk in the 371 bus stop and it is close to the playground and field area. It is close to the highway, school, church, Surrey Central Mall and Guildford Mall, recreation centers such as Bridgeview, Chuck Bailey, and North Surrey, gym and fitness centers, grocery store, and skytrain station. The suite is spacious and private for the guests. It has separate gate entrance for guests access and privacy.
We are family of three. My two children ages 13 and 8 years old and myself. We are Asian. We are Filipino-Canadian family. Downstairs suite has two bedrooms that is clean , private, vacant, has separate entrance, and fully furnished to use by the guests. Also, there is one fully furnished private room and one fully furnished master bedroom with ensuite washroom. Both rooms are in the main floor. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, family room, and patio in the main floor.

About the Area
The house is 2 mins. walk to 371 bus stop and 7-10 mins. travelling by shuttle bus going to the skytrain station. The close and near skytrain station to my home are Surrey Central, Gateway, and Scott Road Station. Guildford is 10 mins., Vancouver is 35 mins. Richmond is 30 mins., and going to BC Ferry is 29 mins. by car. Skytrain station is very close and near to my home which brings you everywhere from King George station to Burrard station and up to Vancouver airport. Also, highway is very near to my home which the travelling and commute is fast, easy, and accessible.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No smoking and no illegal drugs inside the private room, washroom, and inside the home and no parties inside the house are allowed. Use the porch, driveway, or the street as the smoking area.
Guest needs to turn off the lights and the washroom fan after you use. Please don't leave it on, after you are done. Please use kitchen fan when cooking meals.
Guest will wash their own dishes after each meals. Please tidy and clean up everything that you use. Please put things back after you use it.
Please remove the shoes and leave in the shoe rack. Use slipper inside the suite or in the main floor.
Applying the hair color, trimming of the hair, and cooking of fragrant foods are not permitted. There are other guest who stay in the suite or in the main floor so be considerate.
If the guest needs to use the laundry room for washer and dryer. There is $25 laundry fee which liquid detergent soap and fabric softeners are included.

Book this place ! Absolute bang for the bucks.
1. The house is lovely. My room and the shared bathroom were spotless.
2. I got all the privacy which I wanted.
3. It is 5 min to skytrain via bus and 10 min via bus to major shopping centres in Surrey.
4. The place is in a nice neighborhood. I never felt unsafe.
5. Maria and her kids are really nice and kind. I loved the interactions I had with them.
6. I am reluctantly deducting 1 star because the wifi has some issues once in a while, but it was alright for most of the time.Host reply

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
