Our home is located in an upscale safe neighborhood called Sullivan Heights. We are a down to earth, easy going couple with a small adorable pug. We are recent empty nesters so we have plenty of space to share. We like going to the beaches whenever weather is permitting or hanging out by the pond in the backyard garden.
We really enjoy hosting international students and are close to Kwantlen and SFU. We have 2 student guest rooms (female only-Room1/Room2) in our Main Shared Living Area and another room (Room3) located at walk out basement level for couples that has its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer and IS NOT shared with the main living area...perfect for a short term couples retreat. Also perfect for mid-term stays and professionals, our private suite provides all the comforts of home with convenience of a prime location.
Note: WE DO NOT accept guest requests/bookings without a VERIFIED profile, photo in the profile and reason for travel etc.

Student Stylish Bedroom 1 (150sq -Double Bed) is South Facing with Extra Large Window, Closet, Desk, Mini Dresser, Mini Fridge, Mini Microwave, Smart TV, Wifi , Fan, Hangers, Bed Linens, Full Height Mirror, A/C.
Student Spacious Bedroom 2 (150sqFt-Queen Bed) is North Facing with Beautiful Mountain Garden View +Walk-In closet, Mini Fridge, Mini Microwave, 43" Smart TV, Wifi, Desk, Min Dresser, Hangers, Bed Linens, Fan, Full Height Mirror, A/C.

Bedroom 3 -Private Garden View Walk Out Suite
Our completely private suite is equipped with a full kitchen, coffee bar, washer/dryer, queen bed, bathroom and free parking for a comfortable stay. Take a 15 min scenic walk or a 5 min drive to local groceries and restaurants at Panorama Village. Cozy up on the large sofa with a 65" TV to enjoy Netflix or soak up the sun by the pond on a sunny day! Rain or Shine our suite offers a inviting atmosphere for your stay while exploring Vancouver!

Lisa and her husband were wonderful hosts, very kind, thoughtful, and helpful and Luna the pug was absolutely adorable! The room I stayed in was large, airy, bright and clean and the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was large, and the shower had awesome water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space provided in the fridge and cupboard for my own food. The house is beautiful and in a quiet area, so perfect for studying or working remotely. Would not hesitate to stay again and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a homestay.

I loved my stay! Lisa and her husband are both friendly, kind and calm individuals. And their little pug Luna is really cute. As for my room, I have to say that the bed was extremely comfortable. A dream! The house is beautiful and above all very cozy. As for the area, the house is located near shops and near bus stations. Perfect! Thanks again for everything!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
