Hello our home currently consist of a family of four. Our house is a two floor cozy space with a private room available with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. We have a spacious and private back yard with a great view. The area of our home is in a quaint neighborhood with great people and a 10 min walk away from the sky train, bus loop and city mall . A little about our family's personality is most of us are at work or in school and we are all mindful of each others spaces, needs and things. We have a shy but friendly cat and a fish tank with Angel Koi fish they are great to watch while eating dinner. Our home is never to busy but never to boring.

About the Area
The home is located in Surrey BC. There is a bus 2 min's away from the home the C73 that will take you directly to City Center Mall and to a bus loop. For further traveling there is a sky-train ( Gateway Station ) 10 min walk away from the home. But the C37 bus will also take you directly to the City Center Skytrain Station

House Rules
1 PRIVACY :
Your bedroom is your private sanctuary, and all family members are expected to respect the privacy of each other’s bedroom. Please respect one another in regard to the bedrooms and each other’s privacy. The exception to this rule is the hosts right to enter any room for safety or hygiene reasons. If you need to talk to another person and they are in their room knock on the door and wait for the person to answer.
2 CLENLINESS :
You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with other household members. Please help keep the bathroom clean so that its clean for the next person. Same applies to the cleanliness of the kitchen which you can use for light meals.
3 MEAL PLAN :
We ask that whenever you are unsure of things in the kitchen please always ask and let someone know if you are helping yourself to pre-made dinner’s so we can keep all excessive meals not included in the meal plan accounted for. We also ask that you refrain from helping yourself to items in the kitchen with people’s names on it. ( unless its your name )
4 IN ADDITION / OTHER :
Please keep all social activities with friends and so on out of home stay. If you are given a key to the street door it is then your responsibility. If you lose the key you will be responsible for the cost of having the lock replaced.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
