My house is located on the North side of the City in a quite and safe suburb. We are 3 Km. from the bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from house and there are lots of bus options using this bus stop.

I clean the room one,s a week and wash the linens every two weeks . no food bring inside the room eat in dining room.

Thanks Zenen for hosting us! We definitely enjoyed our time staying at your house. The room was clean and lots of breakfast items were offered. It takes around 50min to go to downtown by transportation and even less if you choose the UP express train. The family was easy to approach and helped us a lot with traveling advice. Will definitely come back if we visit Toronto again.
We enjoyed staying with Zenen very much. The bed was comfy, the house was clean, the breakfast was good and Zenen was very nice. We can recommend this Homestay to anybody.

I stayed here with my child. The neighbourhood is pretty shady, especially in the evening. The only advantage is city bus right there and not so far from subway. The size of the room and bed was ok. Crappy bed though- all shaky and squeaky, looks like its about to collapse. Dirty washroom floor and bathtub. Daughter of home owners was using the same shower and would leave it full of hair. Looks like nobody cleaned that washroom or emptied the garbage bin for days. The air conditioner was barely working and was completely turned off on the second night of our stay, with the outside heat of almost + 40. I went looking for the owners regarding this situation, just to be them nowhere found that evening. I also had half dry swimmwear I wanted to hang outside, but since I did not had accsess to the backyard, I left it in the washroom to dry. Next morning female owner started accusing me that I was washing my clothes in her washroom and left the water on the floor, when I never washed anything.
Run from this place.

Very kind person, gorgeous family and good localization (Seven Eleven store and TTC buses very close).
Everything is excellent; the house is clean and tidy. The location has a particular accessibility to the transportation system (buses). There are businesses and shops at a reasonable distance. Zenona and her relatives make you feel not like a guest but as a part of the family. I highly recommend this host.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
