About the Homestay
My husband and I know what it's like to travel and live in other countries. We've traveled to many but lived in the United Kingdom (1yr), and Taipei, Taiwan (7yrs). We're sure you're looking for a place where you could feel at home whilst studying or touring here.
We live in Scarborough, Ontario, about a 10 minute walk to Kennedy Subway Station close to grocery stores (NoFrills), a bank (TD Canada Trust), convenient stores (Giant Tiger) and laundry mats. There are parks nearby as well (Corvett Park). Our neighbors are extremely friendly in case you were wondering. And we'd be more than happy to be your host.
It's important for us to mention that we have 3 indoor cats but we wouldn't allow them to go into your bedroom. We have a few hobbies such as music, running, bike riding, skate boarding, Wing Chun & reading. We also speak basic Mandarin.
We would ask of you to tidy up after yourself, and to take basic security measures (lock window, door before you leave). We also don't allow any smoking in or on our property.
Also, please note the bathroom, and kitchen is shared.
If you have any other questions, please let me know!

I don't know what to say. You just changed my life, I have discovered another way of living, I have been in a rehearsal, participated in the concert doing a funny joke, meeting cool people. Thanks to Adrian I learned more about music, eating food from all around the world just in a walking distance. I learned a lot about the city and the culture and you encouraged me to keep fighting even in the worst moments. Meighan even if you weren't always at home because of your work I admire you, you teached me how hard can a person work in so many places and even with that you make time to record songs. I think is your true vocation after I saw you recording, singing and performing in the concert and with your past that I still in shock how big we can become. I have to mention Roger one of the coolest guys that I've ever meet, thanks to you, even if I was leaving when he came and we couldn't spend time hanging out, he shown me the true meaning of Taiwanese people and their kindness. Now I understand why you had been living there. I send a huge hug to Xinren, Auryn and Ringo!! I'm pretty sure that we will meet again!!!
