About the Homestay
My house is very spacious and open. You are invited to join us and enjoy the nice surroundings we have, have a hike on our nearby trails, hop on a bus/subway downtown or simply try one of the many local restaurants in our neighbourhood.
Please note that we have pets in our house, if you are allergic to pets, please chose another place to stay.
The only breakfast offered is a cup of coffee and milk in the morning. Please be aware to bring all your belongings to your room, to ensure their safety. All rooms have locks to keep your personal belongings stored in a secure place.

About the Area
The area is surrounded by a beautiful park, bike trails, nearby cafes and the largest shopping centre in Toronto. We have all the possible amenities you could need; grocery store, drug store, convenience store, café, and banks all at less than 5 blocks away from our house. It is greatly connected to all forms of transportation, bus at the corner, subway 5 minutes away, the major highway that takes you to the airport is 5 blocks away, if you drive or UBER.

Absolutely no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs and no parties in my house. We live in a family friendly neighbourhood and expect same from our guests. We ask you that you leave your shoes at the door, and read the home rules when you arrive at our house. You must not be pet allergic as we have a dog and a bunny that live with us. Please be aware that living with a pet implies awareness, for example, you have to be careful not to open the door wide as the dog might run away.
Smoking is not allowed.
The location was convenient and the neighbourhood was very quiet. The house was beautiful and the host let us use a small part of their fridge for our breakfast stuff. Our room had a very comfortable bed and adequate spots to put our suitcase and clothes. The only thing we would suggest is that a ceiling fan be installed, as the air conditioning in the rest of the house didn't seem to get into the room. The hallway outside the room was very cool, so we were able to leave our door open to try and get some of the cool air in, but once the door was closed at night, it got very warm in there, even with opening the window.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
