About the Homestay
We live in Bathurst Manor close to the Wilson and Downsview-Sheppard West subway stations and steps away from the TTC bus stops. We are a young family of 4 that includes my husband, toddler son, baby girl and our Labradoodle dog, Finn. We have a spacious home with a warm, friendly atmosphere and are always happy to help and host. We are close to Yorkdale Shopping Centre and close to great surroundings that will keep you entertained and active. Our home will provide you with the privacy you need to enjoy your stay and still enjoy.
We love hosting everyone but do want to emphasize that we expect all guests to practice proper hygiene (shower, deodorant, etc) during their stay.
Your guest room will have access to a separate entrance, washroom and access to a kitchenette (small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, sink).
Should you need anything to be more comfortable, let us know.

About the Area
Bathurst Manor is a quiet, safe neighbourhood located in the north-central part of Toronto. We are a 2 minute walk to bus stops, a 5 minute drive to the subway station and trains, close to Yorkdale Shopping Centre and Community Centres.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

We ask you clean up after yourself and keep your things tidy.
We also kindly ask that guests practice proper hygiene and care (deodorant, showering, etc).
On the day that you are checking out/leaving, please remove bedsheets so we can wash them and clean up.
On the day of check out/leaving, please try to be out by 11am ET because we will need to have the room cleaned before someone else arrives. If you need to stay later, please let us know and we can see what we can do.

Besides the bedroom, the total available space was very big. Spotless and modern amenities. Excellent relationship with owners.

The home was Beautiful, the Family welcoming. They went out of their way to make me and Georgia (my SRD Dog Guide,) feel comfortable. Everything was beyond words, I was welcomed to use the entire Home. There was a large fridge in the Kitchen I could store meal items and a smaller one in my room for smaller food items. The room itself, the bed was larger and more comfortable then my own personal bed. I regretted leaving, I do look forward to my next stay.
I have lived with Isha, Brennan, Sai and Finn in last 3 weeks and We had great time together. My experience was amazing! Your hospitality, friendly and cooperation is greatest, I don't have words for descrebi my gratefulness. I will certainly missing you. See you soon ;'D

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
