We live in a bungalow, have a spare big room with an office attached and a second room a little smaller, we're 3 people, two female adults and a young boy 16 years old, we're quiet, friendly very sociable, enjoy people from different parts of the world. We have 1 dog who loves everybody, very good, quiet dog.

About the Area
Our home is located close to the lake, by the bluffs, it has a lot of green space around it, close to the bus and metro line, has all kinds of stores and facilities around.We're located on the south side of a major street, the bus stop is right across from the house, two minutes walk,with two different options to go.the area has lots of eating places, grocery stores and cafes,parks and other ammenities.

Ruth is a helpful and kind landlord who gave me a comfortable and quiet room. The kitchen was very convenient for cooking, and she was happy to share and provide travel advice. I had a wonderful trip in Toronto!

Great stay.
Taking things as Ruth said refers to kitchen utensils like bowls, cutlery without asking sometimes and it was for use within the residence only. I used my own hair products and towels. In some homestays they tell you which utensils the tenant can use. Ruth did not tell me anything..Thanks..

Very warm host. Made my stay pleasantly enjoyable. I got every support I needed as a new resident in Toronto. Would greatly recommend her place for a stay. I give it a 5 !

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
