Furnished large room in a two bedroom basement Bungalow. ** Shared basement with one. Rent includes: A/C, utilities,
internet, laundry facility, and parking.
** Separate entrance. Huge backyard, Lots of natural light.
** Close to schools, public transportations, hospitals, Libraries
Community centres, attractions, a beautiful Park and
shopping malls.+ lots of eating places/take out.
** Lives in Scarborough, Toronto, (East end) Markham &
Lawrence, Ontario, Canada.
** No smoking,(Smoking can be done outside) no pets.
** We all love music, I love concerts and outside
entertainment, and sports. Son partakes in a variety of
outside stuff, swimming, dancing, play music, biking etc.

About the Area
Our house is located on the East End of the City in a quiet, peaceful, and safe suburb. Intersection : Markham Rd & Lawrence Ave East. We are 15 minutes to shopping malls, minutes to other bargain stores. One hour to/from Airport, Minutes to Centennial College and Scarborough, University of Toronto. Bus top is only 2 minutes walk from house and there are lots of bus/subway options to follow. Hospitals & Library 10 mins away.

Keep premises clean. Clean up after yourself
There is a big beautiful park a stone throw away. They can walk there and smoke. Also, I have a big yard.
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com)
We accept payments by PAYPAL, (under Friends & Family. Any business category will incur 3% fees) or e-transfer, or Cash.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
