This was our second stay with Ritchie. He is a great host who made us feel at home. The apartment has good public transport links and is great value. We will definitely try to go back.

The accommodation is as described and comfortable. The location is in midtown Toronto with good bus and subway links. There are plenty of local convenience stores, fast food outlets, cafes and a supermarket in easy walking distance.
Ritchie is a kind and generous host with a warm personality and lovely sense of humour. He has lived in the area for a long time and is a mine of information and stories. We have enjoyed our time with him and will look forward to staying again in the future.August 2019
Ritchie is one of the nicest, most humble and polite people you will ever meet
He made our stay memorable and pleasant and it felt like we were at home , not on holiday
My daughter did not want to come home and wanted to stay with Ritchie, he is that nice
It was my pleasure and good fortune that we found this lovely person on Homestay

Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay. Ritchie was very accommodating. He sounds like a very nice host. Maybe next time.
May 2019
We stayed at Ritchie’s place for 1 month, as we just arrived to Canada. He was really welcoming and nice, great to talk with and funny. He even invited us to a restaurant. Our cat loved to play with him.The apartment has a great location, 3 minutes walk from the TTC bus and 10 minutes ride from Pape subway station. It was really convenient to move around the city. A supermarket, many restaurants and Mcdonald are nearby. The room is big with a big window, you have lots of light. Closed and cupboard that accommodated all our belongings. Good Wifi. It was a great first experience and we will definitely recommend it! Thank you Ritchie.
