Hi! Me and my husband are renting our second bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. Our guests are free to use the others spaces in the house, as living room, balcony and kitchen.
We work during the night (after 6 PM) and on weekends mornings and afternoons, so you will have plenty of time just for yourself!
Our cleaning rules are simple, since we barely stay at home, we just ask to keep everything clean and organized and not bring strangers to home, family visits are welcome of course. There is a coin laundry on the basement.

About the Area
Our house is located on the east side of DownTown and safe neighborhood, surrounded by parks, cinemas, restaurants, libraries and 3 main groceries stores within a 5 minutes walk.
There is a bus stop in front of the building and we are 10 minutes away from the closest subway station, the time to reach the DownTown Core (Union Station) is 20 minutes by TTC.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No overnight visitors allowed (if you intend to have family or friends stay with you, please inform the owners prior to arrival). You are responsible to keep your room clean and tidy. Keep the shared areas clean at all times, You are welcome to use the kitchen anytime, but please keep it clean, do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or leave leftovers inside the sink.
You will be responsible for your room, please keep it tidy and clean.
At night, we ask that you refrain from making loudly noise.
Lock the front door whenever you enter or leave the apartment.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
