About the Homestay
One Mama, two littles (8 and 10) host you in our modern townhome. We offer a comfy double bed in a private room on the first floor of our home. Your room has a closet and desk. You have access to a private 3-piece bathroom on the same floor. Our neighbourhood is vibrant and multicultural, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transit. We are a Christian family, we are native English speakers, and we treat our homestay guests as family.

About the Area
We are located at the junction of East York, North York and Scarborough. We are a short walk to multiple bus routes that go to both subway lines.

Absolutely no smoking, and only non-smokers may enter the property.
We clean up after ourselves.
We are respectful of each other.
No outdoor shoes beyond the main entrance.
No food in bedrooms.
Second floor is common area, you are welcome to spend time there (living room, dining room, kitchen, deck).
Third floor is private quarters for the host family; homestay guests are prohibited from this floor.
Unless specifically arranged/discussed beforehand, guests may not help themselves to food in the kitchen.
No illegal drug use permitted. Only minimal alcohol use permitted in the home. Cannabis not permitted.
Any guests must be discussed with me in advance.
Smoking is not allowed.
The host was friendly and considerate; and the room was comfortable. I enjoyed my time staying with Victoria.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
