The washroom has enough space to accommodate the needs of two people

- we provide dish washing soap but you are responsible for cleaning your own dishes.

You will also have access to unlimited WiFi. The building itself offers amenities such as a library, a card room, an aerobics room, a gym, a pool, a billiards room, visitor parking, a theatre room and a 2 lane bowling alley (I'm not kidding!) - all of which you as a guest will have access to.

About Us
My friend and I are both very friendly. While he is a Social Worker, I am an Architect. We know the city fairly well and can guide you if you are a newcomer. Having said that, we also respect your need for privacy and quiet time.

Neighborhood overview
The Yonge and Sheppard neighbourhood could possibly be called the the downtown of uptown Toronto, with a movie theatre nearby and access to numerous restaurants and civic squares and parks. A public library and a performing arts centre are also a 5 minute walk from the place.

Getting around
The place is a 5 minute walk to two subway stations -along the Yonge subway. We are seconds away from Yonge Street which has a frequent bus service. Highway 401 is also a 2 minute drive from the place and connects to the airport and suburban Toronto as well.

What We Are Expecting
We have had a few roommates in the past, and have also lived on our own in the place. We are looking for someone who is respectful of the tidiness of the place, cleans up after himself. Since we are best friends we are obviously chatty, so if you are looking for a place to be super quiet post 6pm – then this is not for you. That doesn’t mean to say that we are loud, and most evenings we are busy with our own things. We are looking for someone who can respect privacy, but also doesn’t mind an occasional chat.
