My home is located in North Etobicoke- It has been newly renovated. 25-35 Minutes drive away from downtown and just 10 minutes from Toronto Pearson Airport (driving). My home includes high quality linens, a well designed washroom, modern style decor.
Just some things to note:
1) No smoking indoors
2) Shared washroom that is cleaned daily
3) Kitchen is for light meals
4) Laundry can be included if you book for one week or more
5) there is a camera in the living room (for security purposes)

It was a pleasure staying here in Toronto, and being close to the airport made it all the better. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed, and the dining room downstairs is quite lovely! So long as you follow the house rules, there shouldn't be a problem, and Brunilda is there to help with things you may need if you ask. Be careful going up and down the stairs as they can be very squeaky.

I learned on Tuesday afternoon that my plans for staying in Toronto on Wednesday night changed. I was frantic. I read Brunilda's post and sent off a text to her. She answered immediately. She was very willing to have me arrive at 12:30 am! She gave me perfect directions, I rented a car and arrived at her beautiful home. The house was welcoming and the room was awesome. The whole experience was fantastic! Thank you Brunilda. When I have to return to Toronto I hope to stay with you again.

We stayed one night with Brunilda and felt very comfortable. The room was very clean as well as the comman bathroom and kitchen. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the communication with Brunilda was always uncomplicated.

Brunilda has a wonderful home. She greeted me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. My bed was super comfy and the room was clean and tidy. There were shutters on the window which kept the room dark, so I slept really well. Highly recommended homestay!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
