About the Homestay
Single room with a twin memory foam bed, desk and chair. Open kitchen and eating area. My family and I live in the house. We have lived in Toronto for 25+ years and can offer advice and guidance to guest. We are very approachable but are a very active family during the week. In case we are not around when a guest needs something we are just a phone call or text message away. I work as a construction surveyor and my wife Daisy is a nurse. We have a daughter Mikaela who is in high school. We like to spend our spare time at home if we are not out at the gym, playing golf or visiting family and friends. We like to cook easy meals when we find the time to cook. Usually some pasta, grilling on the bbq or some stews. Anything I haven’t covered here just ask and hope to have you as our guest soon.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile.
