We are happy to help you settle into the city or give you space to explore on your own. We aim to make you comfortable, while away from home and help to make this the best possible experience for you.

You must love dogs, because our dog Bogey (Sir Humphrey Bogart) will want to get to know you and be your away-from-home pet.

About the Area
Our house is located in a lovely area called Corso Italia. Only a 2-minute walk to 24-hour transit. 20-30 minutes away by transit to downtown, midtown or uptown.
Corso Italia is home to many wonderful bakeries, restaurants and shops - enjoy walking and exploring along St Clair Avenue while speakers lining the road play music. We have several public libraries, a nearby park complete with a well maintained /newly refinished running track. (This park often hosts free cultural festivals and sporting events in the warmer months). The adjacent community centre offers many programs and amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, gym, tennis courts and winter skating rink.
Close to the trendy Junction, Liberty Village and Stockyards neighbourhoods. Nearby attractions such as Stockyards Mall, Yorkdale Mall, Dufferin Mall, Casa Loma, and Spadina House.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1. No guests (for everyone’s safety).
2. Be respectful of others. Clean up after yourself and help keep common areas tidy.
3. Laundry hours (Mon-Fri 7pm-7am, all day Sat & Sun)
4. Please don’t feed the dog, no matter how cute or hungry he acts. LOL

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
