Thank you for stopping by! My name is Jasmine, and I am an empty nester who has been welcoming students from all over the world for years now. I am a mother of two and a grandmother of four. My youngest grandchild is only 10 months old and I love spending time with her. I have a lovely, clean three-bedroom apartment in North York. This location is considered central Toronto. One of the available rooms has its own balcony with views of downtown. Both rooms are fully furnished and move-in ready. TV, cable and internet are included in the price, and the laundry room is on-site. This is your ideal location close to shopping and transit. Fairview Mall and Shops on Don Mills are a 5 min bus ride away. Both are about a 15 min walk away. The bus stops just outside the building and will take you to the subway station and directly to downtown Toronto in under 30 min. I love to cook international foods, and it would be my pleasure to discuss how I can make this an all-inclusive accommodation for you.

About the Area
My home is located just north of Toronto city centre, 15 min ride from the airport and 10 min drive to downtown. It is close to all major highways and is an easy drive to any location within the greater Toronto area. This is a quiet residential community, close to schools, transit, and shopping.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
