i am single mother with 2 adult kids 2 grand kids living by my self working 8 hours per day . I have 4 rooms to rent on the second floor very quiet and welcoming. I am living in the city walking distance to ttc buses an streetcars me and my family speak english

No refunds will be issued prior to a two week notice of arriving at my home.
No partial refunds or full refunds for leaving before your agreed upon date is complete.

Staying with Nadira for a month was honestly such a special experience. From the minute we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family—not just guests. She greeted us with the warmest smile and so much kindness, and throughout our entire stay, she was just amazing.
Nadira is one of those rare people who’s naturally caring and full of positive energy. She was always around to help if we needed anything, super easy to talk to, and just had this way of making everyone feel comfortable and at home. Whether it was sharing a meal, giving us great local tips, or just chatting and laughing together, she made every day feel welcoming.
What made it even more special was how great our whole family felt being around her and her family. There was such a lovely connection—it truly felt like we were staying with long-time family friends or even a real family member. The warmth, respect, and kindness went both ways, and we couldn’t have asked for a better environment.
Her home was cozy, clean, and had such a good vibe. It was the perfect space to relax and feel at ease—and that’s all thanks to her.
By the end of the month, it genuinely felt like we were leaving a family member behind. We’re so grateful to have met her and can’t recommend staying with Nadira enough. If you’re lucky enough to book with her, you’re in for a really lovely experience.

great stay Nadira is good person as her family , clean rooms & house ... you are in 30 minutes in Toronto downtown core ... lots of international foods in area & her lovely cat ...all the best 5*

It was enjoyable staying at Nadira's house. I interacted with her family and roommates, who are very kind. The house is comfortable and close to gyms, supermarkets, and restaurants.

It was a pleasure staying at Nadira’s home. She is a very kind any trustworthy person. Rooms are in good condition, everything you may need is there. Access to the kitchen is a huge plus. Would recommend 100%

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
