- To York University - By bus is 10 mins, walking is 15 mins, bike, and car is 5 mins.
- 30-minute drive to downtown Toronto.

Hello, I am Michelle and I help my mother to host Homestay, she is retired and her children have all grown up. My brother lives with her to help her out and we have three extra bedrooms to host visitors for short-term and long-term stay periods in the cute and cozy home.

Cancellations for advance bookings/Booking updates:
***Guests who want to cancel reservations, must notify the host, 4 weeks before arrival, to be able to accept new guests.
***Remaining balance must be paid upon arrival***
***Minimum booking is at least 1 week and the maximum is up to a year. Confirmed short-term bookings should notify the host if there are changes.

It's a great place! It's quiet, super clean, and there's everything you need. The hosts are kind, respectful and helpful. I'd recommend if you want a calm and safe place.

4. Close to 35 Jane and 960 SteelesThis was a great stay for me. I had to be downtown for most of my stay and was concerned about how far it was. But it's a five minute walk to the bus and a five minute ride to Pioneer Village Station. Then 45 minutes to Union. Perfect. The room was clean, sheets were clean. And a nice spacious bathroom.

Very clean and nice place. I enjoyed my stay. it's super close to York University which was a plus. Michelle and Bihn were very accommodating and nice. I really recommend this place.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
