Our house is a custom built luxury home. We have two large rooms in our walkout basement for Homestay guests. Rooms are equipped with king bed with 6 drawers, gel memory foam mattress, modern beddings, Large screen smart TV, Study desk, accent sofa, full size mirror, Coffee table, Shelving unit, Iron/ironing board, mini fridge for private use.
Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner are included.
Each room has it's own private lounge to chill and relax in a swing, hammock or comfy sofa facing to the river and ravine! Our hi speed wifi works in the lounge area. Guests have options to work in their room or their own lounge area.
We provide driveway parking if you have a car.
Toronto’s famous Don River is few steps from our backyard. The very long Don river trail is just outside of our backyard. If you are are a cyclist or trail runner this is the place for you.
We are at Leslie and Steeles intersection in the Bayview woods-Steeles neighborhood. Our luxury house sits on a Cul-De-Sac, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We are right across the famous Bayview Country Club.
Our home is at a very convenient location for everything you need. 24/7 TTC bus (public transit) is five minutes walk from our home. Downtown Toronto is about an hour by public transport and 25 minutes by car. We’re 25 to 30 minutes Uber ride from Toronto Pearson international Airport and about an hour by GO bus
A Y Jackson High School is 10 minutes walk. Seneca College Newnham campus is about 30 minutes by bus and Markham campus is about 10 minutes drive.
Restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarkets, shopping malls are nearby.
Rooms are designed and equipped for working professionals who chose to work from home. Guests will have plenty of options to chill and relax in and around the house to unwind from a long day of work stress.

About the Area
It’s an upscale Bayview-Woods neighborhood. Bayview Country club and prestigious Thornhill neighborhood is just five minutes walk, 24/7 TTC bus only 5 minutes walk from our home. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to downtown Toronto by ttc. and 20-25 minutes by driving. Toronto Pearson Airport is about 20-25 minutes drive. Toronto’s famous Don River and the miles long bike and hiking path is few steps from our backyard.

The room was very cozy, beautiful, and comfortable. I had a good night’s sleep from day one. I found there everything I needed to be happy. The view from the windows was breathtaking. The kitchen was well-equipped and the restroom was clean and comfy. The house is well located in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to public transportation, many grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, gym clubs, libraries, and many more. A nearby path in East Don Parkland was perfect for runs or walks. And last but not least Mark and Shelley were wonderful. I can only recommend these amazing hosts and the amazing rooms they have for accommodation.

I recently had an amazing stay at this luxurious homestay in Toronto's Bayview and Steeles neighborhood. The unit was not only beautifully furnished but also conveniently located near Seneca and York colleges/universities, with easy bus access.
The suite itself was super comfy, with all the amenities you could ask for. Plus, being close to highways 404 and 401 made exploring the area a breeze. But the real highlight? The place backed onto the Don Valley Trail and Upper Don River, offering awesome nature vibes. I even spotted a deer hanging out near the fence!
Working remotely was a pleasure in the suite, and the hosts, Mark and Shelley, were beyond awesome. They served up delicious meals and snacks, making me feel right at home.
Overall, this upscale homestay at Bayview and Steeles exceeded all expectations, with its ideal location, cozy vibes, and friendly hosts. Highly recommend it for those seeking a memorable stay in Toronto.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour chez Mark. Mark et sa femme Shelley sont des personnes sympas, plutôt facile à vivre. Shelley m'a offert au-delà des services qu'elle devait m'offrir, elle est gentille et disponible. La Chambre est bien équipée, tout ce qu'il faut. Je recommande ce logement à celui ou celle qui cherche un endroit calme et sécurisé.

I was pleased with my stay at Mark's house. It is beautiful and spacious. I felt a cozy mood wit the accommodation. There are systems in the place for co-living and everything is organized well. Great for short and long stays. The host is very respectful and his wife makes sure the guest has everything needed for a pleasant stay. You can even get a fresh apple directly from the garden ( in the right season, of course )). The location is very beautiful and closed to nature. There is a picturesque river nearby. A peaceful neighborhood well connected with the regular transportation. I highly recommend this place for lovely and comfortable accommodation. and safe environment. You will undoubtedly enjoy your stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
