We are a family of 5. Our Homestay INCLUDES breakfast. We offer extra meals as well... We love sports and love swimming in our heated underground pool which you have access to as well.
We speak English at home... Kids speak French all day in school & my husband & I speak Portuguese as well. Laundry is done for you by request weekly. Professional cleaning every WEEK. 1 shower a day... We are very friendly and social... But prioritise any school work first. Come stay with us you will love it!!! 1200$ is for no meals at all.

We are a family if five who love to swim in our own heated inground pool. Ride bike .. go play basketball in the park by our home.go to nearest / Best shopping mall in Toronto... We are 1 minute walk to bus stop, a 3 minute bus ride to subway station and a 20 min subway ride to downtown.. a 1 bus ride from airport to our home. 25min car ride to nearest beach by Lakeshore.

House Rules
One Fast and quick shower daily.. Each room has ONE single bed but can accommodate nicely a second bed easily. Very clean home that has professional cleaning every week. You are welcome to swim in our heated pool. All brand new furniture and well kept everything. We only accept FEMALE STUDENTS. No visitors unless agreed by myself. Also room inspection is done whenever needed if we feel it's required.meals will be offered 6 days a week.

A great place to stay as an international student. I especially loved spending time with all the other students; having dinner and doing fun things in downtown Toronto. Tanya and her family are really welcoming and sweet. I would recommend this place for young people looking for a nice place to stay, meet other people from all over the world and never have to worry about doing groceries, cooking or doing your laundry.

I really enjoyed staying at Tanya's place. The whole family treated me like family and it was a great experience to feel how it is like living in a Canadian home. The rooms are clean and food is great. I also made great memories with the kids and they were so sweet. Swimming at the pool and backyard parties were so fun! Tanya also took us to Canada's Wonderland, and that was amazing. Thank you Tanya for making my stay in Canada a special one.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
