My place is about 6 to 7 minutes walk to Sherbourne subway or Castle Frank station, few minutes to Downtown and bus stop is right at the front of the building and close to all amenities. There are four Supermarkets close by, Fruit and Veggie store, Drug Store, Restaurants, Schools, Church, Convenience Store, Banks, library etc.
I am fond of cooking international cuisine and love baking a lot.
I can provide breakfast as requested but not included in monthly rental, it is charge separately.
Sometimes, I gave the guest some food that I cooked or baked and sometimes I make them breakfast, took them to family gatherings or parties. But you can also use the kitchen and the utensils if you prefer to cook for yourself.

Our house is located at Bloor East and Parliament, 6 to 7 minutes to Sherbourne subway or Castle Frank Station, bus stop is right at the front of the building and 15 minutes to Downtown, close to all amenities (restaurants, groceries, church, pharmacies, cafes, variety stores, library, subway station, etc), less than 40 minutes to the airport by taxi or car...it depends with the traffic.

Do not invite strangers into our home and please minimize noise during bedtime.

Do not forget to lock the door behind you when entering and leaving the house.
Not allowed to bring friends to sleepover in your bedroom.

I have never meet such a kind and amazing host as Sheila - and I have travelled a lot!. Sheila is exstremely generos, she is an excellent cook, and I loved every minute of my stay in the very nice room I had with a view towards the lake and all the greerery below. Public transport is very easy to anywhere in the city.

Sheila foi muito incrível, gentil e educada comigo. Sempre me oferecia algum café, chá, biscoitos e ainda fez algumas refeições para mim. Se comunicava e dava notícias sempre. Me ajudou dando dicas sobre a cidade, onde fazer compras e até me emprestando um adaptador, um guarda-chuva e um chinelo. Como meu intuito foi estar em Toronto para melhorar meu inglês, Sheila conversou comigo diversas, sempre em inglês, o que me ajudou bastante no propósito da minha viagem. O espaço de Sheila é bem localizado, agradável, limpo e fica pertinho da mais chique rua de Toronto: Bloor St. Além disso, tem o metrô Sherbourne (linha verde) à 5 minutos à pé e pontos de ônibus em frente ao prédio. Eu super recomendo e na minha próxima ida pra Toronto, com certeza alugarei novamente este espaço. Obrigada, Sheila!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
