Very spacious & tastefully furnished Bedroom in a beautiful house located in the most happening neighborhoods of Toronto/Scarborough. Subway is within 3-5 mins walk.
The Kitchen on main floor will be shared with the hosts. No pork please!
You will have a separate set of dishes and plz feel free to ask if you need anything else.
If you wanna be by yourself, you can chill in your room, the backyard, or in the living room or I can give you company incase you're looking to share a story:).
I am an IT professional and work from 9 am to 5 pm. Very friendly guy here, who likes to socialize and to talk about people's life experiences, travel, interests etc. I love to watch movies and tv shows. You can join me too.
My bf is self employed so his hours of work are not fixed, he is also very friendly and hospitable.
We offer cereals, coffee and milk for breakfast.

Spacious and very comfortable room in a beautiful house located in the most happening neighborhood of Scarborough/Toronto, steps from Scarborough Town Center and McCowan Subways. TTC bus stop is a minute walk. Dining,Shopping, Entertainment, groceries is all within 5 mins by walk and 2 mins by bus. Beautiful lush green surroundings and an amazing backyard+bbq to chill and enjoy your day! Did I say Supercool hosts;).
Entertainment, Shopping, Groceries, Pharmacy, Bars etc. are all within 5 mins walking distance from our house.
Centennial college, University of Toronto Scarborough Campus are both within 10-15 mins by bus and 5 mins drive.

- Be nice and clean up after yourself(dishes, glasses) :).
- No unauthorized guest to stay overnight without my permission.
- Let me know beforehand if you're having friends over.
- Laundry facility is available to guests who stay for more than 3 days.
- Please do your laundry after 7 pm on weekdays and anytime on
weekends.
- Please keep the noise level a down after 11 pm.
- Please don't cook pork or pork products.

Pas tellement voire pas de contact avec l’hôte, ce qui est dommage. Demande de caution non mentionnée sur la réservation (200$). Tout l’espace cuisine/salon n’est pas réservé qu’au locataire mais aussi aux autres, donc risques de bruit le soir. Quand même confortable dans l’ensemble, séjour passable.

Hi Florence, i apologize for the noise but the other guest family had kids and so i couldn't ask them to keep quiet.
Its clearly mentioned in the listing description the kitchen is shared.
You had booked only 1 room, i offered you the entire basement unit (which is prized way higher) at the same price.I work long hours from early morning till late evenings,so it happens that i wasnt able to meet. But i replied to your emails promptly.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
