Located in Vancouver, walk-able distance to the skytrain and bus stop. This is a private spacious bedroom with a shared bathroom with another student. Shared living room, kitchen, laundry, WiFi internet available, small gym.
Mom and dad are in the house. A cat lives in the basement.
All rooms are equipped with bedding (bed sheets), a blanket and pillow, a desk, a chair, and a closet. As well, pen, paper, highlighters and sticky notes are available. You only need to bring your study materials.
There is a key to the rooms for privacy.
Towels, face cloth, hair tie, shampoo and conditioners are provided. You can also use the umbrella and all of the utensils in the kitchen.

Lunch and Dinner are available upon request for an additional fee.
Price may vary depending on dietary restrictions. If there are none, you will be eating what we eat and we eat well. We love cooking. If you like trying new things, I don't mind taking you through an International (Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian, American, etc.) culinary experience. I can also tailor to your needs as well.

About the Area
Our house is located in the city, 7 km (15 minutes drive) to downtown and 25 minutes drive to the airport. You can take the SkyTrain and/or bus to get to downtown.
The skytrain is 13 minutes walk or you can take the bus for 2 stops. The bus stop is about 3 minutes from the house.
There are supermarkets less than 5 minutes away.

Staying at Lenita's house during my exchange program was one of the best
decisions I made on my trip. Felt at home from the first day. The family are very
attentive and are always ready to help you. I loved the location of the house, I
arrived in downtown quickly. House very clean. Moreover, the food is delicious (I'm
already missing it). I loved being with this wonderful family.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
