About the Homestay
My husband and I live Vancouver, by the Renfrew skytrain station centrally located to everything. We have two well behaved cats, we have an amazing vegetable garden, with lots of fruits and vegetables. We like to hike, have BBQs, go to farmer markets. We are a quiet and simple family. I am a Realtor so I work from home and am usually available. We have 2 rooms in the lower level, that offers you privacy, furnished tastefully but simply. Furnished by an interior decorator, fully renovated. My family looks forward to getting to know you.
There is shared laundry, private rec room, with big screen TV with Netflix and apple TV, and all Utilities are included.
Our house is a 15 minute walk to the skytrain station. We are close to trout lake, grocery stores, and various restaurants. It's a nice quiet neighbourhood, with lots of families living in the neighbourhood. It's about A 30-40 minute commute to Downtown Vancouver. There is a direct bus that goes to UBC. It's centrally located and easily accessibly to any campus. Lots of free street parking.

No loud noise after 10 pm, no pets, ask permission to have friends over, no smoking in the house or on property, you can smoke in the front side walk or back lane, not side lane.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (minimum booking fee may apply) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or by prior arrangement.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
