My daughters and I lives in the heart of the city close to all amenities. Public transportation are just a block away from our house. Its a minute walk to the nearest grocery store and restaurants.
We have a fairly large living room, bedrooms and kitchen. I have 2 daughters, Camille (24 yrs old) and Dana (18 years old). We owned 2 lovely small dogs name Bebe (Mini Pincher) and Coco (Pomeranian Chihuahua). We love walking, biking, hiking, movies, and sightseeing and polynesian dancing. We also love baking and cooking. Homemade food is important to us and we eat healthy diet and regular exercise as well.
I have been hosting international student since 1995 with EF International Language Schools but I would like to try some other schools that offer the Hosting Program. For almost 30 years of hosting I learned so many Asian and European cultures and almost all of my International Students are my friends in Facebook and we keep in touch every now and then.
I am an Accountant for a food distribution company and I also have my own consulting business. My daughter Camille is finishing her Communication Degree and my youngest daughter Dana is graduating highschool on June 2014. Our family motto is to share our hospitality and loving warmth and caring family and make our guests happy and offer our Home as their own!

About the Area
Our house is located near the corner of 33rd Avenue and close to the bus stops which is a 5 - 10 minutes to the Skytrain. We are a minute away from restaurants and grocery stores. Its a very quiet neighborhood and 15 minutes drive to downtown and a 20 minute drive to the airport.

No smoking inside the house. Social drinking is alright but keep noises to a minimum after midnight.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
