Hello, I am a single mature woman, who lives 1.5 block from Commercial/ Broadway Skytrain Station and 20,22,9,& 99 bus routes. My home is a ground floor 2 Bedroom suite of a large 4 suite Character Home, that looks onto the back patio\garden area.

About the Area
My suite is a 2 minute walk on what is known as "The Drive" in Vancouver. There are many specialty shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, pubs and venues that host live entertainment.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Must love cats & dogs! No Smoking in the suite, but smoking allowed on patio area in back yard\garden area. No parties or other overnight guests.

Shelley is a laid back person, and the communication with her, before and during my stay, was easy and efficient. Her space is nice and just a few steps away from many stores and a Sky Train station.
Shelley is wonderful ! During my stay, she was really attentive, helpful with me and we had really fun hiking together ! I highly recommended her ! :)
My time at Shelley’s place has been absolutely great! I arrived here completely new to settle in Vancouver and Shelley helped and supported me a lot through the different processes to get me into a smooth start. She is kind and warm and I’m grateful to have met her. The apartment’s location is perfect, a few steps away from the Skytrain that will get you straight downtown in just a few minutes. Commercial drive right next door is full of great bars and restaurants. Groceries and convenient stores can also be found just minutes away from Shelley’s place.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
