We are a professional family of 3, including a 16 year old, living in the Blueridge area of North Vancouver. Our fully renovated house includes a new single bedroom and private bathroom.
Individuals will be invited to join in our family activities such as kayaking, skiing, hiking, and biking. In home amenities include TV, backyard pool, wifi internet, personal mini fridge/microwave and laundry facilities. We enjoy meeting new people from different countries and look forward to hosting homestay guests soon.

Rate includes breakfast but Extra meals will be an additional fee.English is spoken in our house. Plenty of parking in our neighbourhood.

About the Area
Our home is located in the Blueridge area of North Vancouver. We are 7 miles from the city centre. A local transit stop is only 2 blocks down the street. Homestay guests can commute by bus in 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver.
We are also located very near to Capilano University, Deep Cove, Parkgate Mall, recreation centres, and Superstore. In addition, we are also close to all 3 North Shore mountains(where guests can hike or ski) and the Upper Levels highway which is enroute to scenic Horseshoe Bay/island ferry terminals and Whistler/Blackcomb resort.

House Rules
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight.
No pets, no drugs, no alcohol, no smoking in or outside our premises.
Please keep our home safe by locking the door securely when entering/leaving the premises.
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask us and we will be happy to do it for you.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over please inform us in advance.
Please keep room, bathroom clean tidy as you would in your own home.

***Guests are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and regular hand washing is a must, after use of facilities to protect the health of everyone in our home.****

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
