with Main Street right at the corner for restaurants, shops, transit...mins to Downtown; with so much on your doorstep, running out of things to do is not an option. Our beautiful rooms have been carefully furnished to provide a quality comfort stay, with everything guests need to enjoy their stay, with big bright windows, good size closets, and decent beds and bedding.
Block away from the famous Nat Bailey Stadium and Hillcrest Sports Center; It is surrounded by different sports facilities, playgrounds, schools... walking distance to the Children's and Women's Hospital.
The garden has botanical floral plants, with seating providing you a tranquil resting moment after your day of exploring the city.

*All homestay guest/student will be required for a full month security deposit at check in. The Security Deposit will be served for the security purpose, to be used for the unpaid rent or to cover the cost for the damages caused by the guest/student during the stay. The security deposit will be refunded after guest/student check out, subject to the stay house rules and conditions.
One month detailed written termination notice is mandatory for all the monthly homestay students to end the rental contract.
*All homestay guest/student are required to follow the quiet time house rules from 8am to 10pm. In order to do not impact the rest of other residents, guest/student will need to stop the activities and lower the volume after 10pm.
--Includes all utilities, but not personal use items.
- Due to the municipal household garbage disposable limits, we can only accommodate the basic household garbage, any extra bags from the personal use will be charged with a small fee. Please enquire!
--Each guest/student will be required to respect the shared use for the shared bathroom, laundry room and common areas, that each individual will be cleaning after their own use. *It is mandatory to lock the bathroom door while you are doing your private business. And please limit your time if it is shared use with others*
--Each guest/student are required to close the gate when entering/exiting, lock the door after entering/exiting... are responsible to perform individual self safety check when entering/exiting the property. Each guest/student is obligated to report to the host for any suspicious or unsafe activities during the stay.
--Not allowed loud yelling or party noise, not allowed slamming the door or jumping, sliding on the floor to avoid floor noise impact to the ground floor, only for the quiet residential dwelling purpose while you pursue your education and career goals.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
