The host came from China. The house is located on a quiet street in the city of Vancouver. It is 1.3 kilometers from Renfrew Park Community Centre. The house is close to bus routes (#25 & #27) and Superstore/Walmart/CanadianTire/Save on Food supermarket. You can take a direct bus to UBC (#25) and easily access Skytrain to downtown. The room is bright, clean, and fully furnished with high-speed internet, washer/dryer, Kitchen. No meals are included in the room fee. No pets, No drugs, No smoking, No alcohol, No party, No visitors allowed in the property.
A 50% Damage deposit is required. The deposit is refundable if you give us one month's notice and no damage to the room. We require a copy of your photo ID or passport and proof of enrollment for security reasons.
Please reply with your personal profile, full name, gender, moving-in dates, and moving-out dates, country of origin, and the purpose of your visit to Vancouver. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

The house is located in a quite street in the east of Vancouver. It is 1.3 kilometers from Renfrew Park Community Centre. The house closes to bus routes and Superstore/Walmart/Canadian Tire/Save on Food supermarket. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walk from my house and easily reach Skytrain.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1. This rent is only for a room for single person, not the unit.
2. No meals included in the room fee.
3. No party, no smoking, no drugs, no drunk, no pets and no visitors in the house.
4. The homestay should take his/her shoes off when entering the house.
5. Keep quiet during 10:00pm to 8:00am.
6. For washer and dryer, use once a week and do not use during 10:00pm to 8:00am.
7. Do not cook and eat in the room other than the kitchen area.
8. Do not occupy the shared area. The homestay is responsibility for cleaning the share area by following a schedule, such ad bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, etc.
9. The homestay should pay an extra fee of $60 per month if using extra heating device in his/her room.
10. It should be the responsible of the homestay to insure the hoemstay's property caused by fire, theft and any other perils which cause such damage or loss.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
