Welcome to our private suite located in the beautiful Mount Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver. You will have access to a fully furnished private one bedroom suite with queen sized bed and another pullout queen sized sofa bed. The suite has full bathroom and cooking facilities, fridge, microwave and in suite laundry. It includes all linens, kitchenware and amenities to make your stay comfortable and use of the BBQ and yard. A tv with streaming services and access to wifi is also included. Located in our family home as hosts we are available to answer any questions you may have. The central location is ideal to access all parts of Vancouver with multiple bus stops with in moments walk and easy access to sky train. Trendy Main street is a 10 minute walk away. Unrestricted street parking is also available.

Popular Main Street is near by and coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and shops are located within walking distance. The ideal central location and proximity to transit allows easy access to Downtown and other parts of Vancouver.

    Laura and Chris are great hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. The unit itself is lovely. It has a nice, large living area that is very comfortable, a dining table, the kitchen is well-equipped, the washroom is a full, four-piece bath. The bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable. The unit is clean, quiet, and safe. There is a large-screen tv and a gas fireplace. The location is close to stores of Fraser street, Bells and Whistles craft brew pub, and to all the restaurants of Main Street. I would strongly recommend this Homestay for your visit to Vancouver. You will be very comfortable here!

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
