Hi I'm Irene. I'm an Emergency Nurse who loves the outdoors, whether it's hiking, camping or on the water. Join me on an adventure. Transportation is easy, close to skytrain and 20 minute bus ride to downtown. House is newish and kept spotless. Room and house is set up with the basics. We love when your social, join in on the conversation.

About the Area
The house is in a residential area, very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Transportation is very accessible. The bus stop is at the end of the block to the skytrain and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you into downtown in 20 minutes. We are also just off the hwy. Grocery stores are close by.

Respect the Property: Treat the home and belongings with care and report any damages immediately.
Cleanliness: Keep your room and shared areas clean and tidy.
Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to ensure everyone gets proper rest.
Guest Visits: Inform the host in advance if you wish to have visitors, and ensure their behavior adheres to house rules.
Shared Spaces: Respect the shared spaces (e.g., kitchen, bathroom, living room) and leave them clean after use.
Cooking: Your welcome to use the kitchen but make sure to clean up after yourself.
Locking Doors: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the house.
Emergency Contacts: Familiarize yourself with emergency numbers and procedures.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
Substances: Drugs or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Parties: No parties or loud gatherings are permitted.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
