Our home is located in central North Vancouver close to all amenities. I work full time. There are no pets in the house. My house is kept clean and tidy and we treat you like family.
The room fee includes a self-serve breakfast and Wifi (high speed internet). Kitchen can be used upon arranged times for quick light food-preparing purposes such as making a salad and sandwiches & warming up things in microwave. No cooking using stove or oven. Perfect for guests who like ordering take-outs & eating out. Laundry service provided once a week. Shortened stays are non-refundable if guest departs prior to arranged departure date.

About the Area
The buses from our house can be reached within 3 minutes walking. The travel time on the bus from North Vancouver to Downtown takes approx. 15minutes. The closest mall is the Capilano Mall next to the bus stop which is very convenient for shopping anytime during the week.

This place and host Maria were amazing !!She is very friendly and helpful with everything I need! Location is nice as well . Close to the bus stop and to go to downtown directly. Large grocery market and convenient malls nearby .

Wurde von der Gastfamilie Super aufgenommen. Habe den Aufenthalt in der Gastfamilie sehr genossen. Zimmer völlig ausreichend. Sehr nette und Hilfsbereite Familie. Lage nicht weit von der Innenstadt, leicht mit dem Bus erreichbar. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Kann die Gastfamilie nur weiterempfehlen.!

Maria and her son were a lovely guest family for my 2 month stay in Vancouver. They were incredibly nice and helpful with everything I needed. The dinners were lovely and I really enjoyed my time with them. I'd highly recommend this homestay

I had a wonderful stay at Maria`s home. Maria is very kind, amiable and helpful; she became a good friend. Her home is cosy, clean and perfect to feel at home. The location is very convenient, close to bus stops (including night bus from downtown) and shopping facilities. Highly recommended!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
