We live in a lovely section of Vancouver. I have 2 sons 23 and 18 i dog and 2 cats. All of them are very friendly and talkative. We live directly across from a park that used to be part of a golf course. It is not a through street so very nice and quiet.
We live 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and coffee shop, and 5 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store.
You have your own room with bed, desk and fridge. Use of kitchen, laundry and recreation/family room. You have access to 2 bathrooms, 1 which is right next to your room. We have a spare bicycle for use if you ever want it.

About the Area
Our home is on a quiet street across from a lovely 1 kilometre park. Our front windows face the park. We have a front yard and backyard . The house is 3 minutes walking to bus stop and coffee shop and 5 minutes walking to a small mall that has grocery, post office, hairdresser, liquor store, a restaurant and newsstand. We are 5 minutes bus ride from Kerrisdale village which is home to many shops, restaurants, yoga studio, community centre and specialty shops, and 10 minutes bus ride to the beach.

House Rules
Your room has its own fridge and you have full use of the kitchen We shut noise down in the house around 10, keeping noise to a minimum, so everyone can have quiet time before bed. Please let me know if you intend to invite a friend over. You will have your own laundry day so it can work with your schedule.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
