Cheerful and talkative consisting of mother, father and children, no pets family. We live on the South side of Antofagasta. Building with three apartments, one per floor, overlooks the sea. We have a furnished bedroom with double closet and quite comfortable with shared or private bathrooms. The place is generally quiet, cozy living, lit place and cool, no pool, no elevator, beautiful view outside. It is close to University, College and Locomotion. I have two grown children who are still in school, therefore, the requirements we request is a young man who wants to come to studying abroad who wish to study further, want to come to learn the language. Or adult woman who wants to come and spend a few days with us entertained.

About the Area
We're up to a viewpoint, we must climb several blocks to get, sunny position, building strong, light and airy structure to live. Everything is relatively close as the center, banks and squares. The airport is a little ways. But we agree and we will fetch, but we give you the right directions.

House Rules
You're free to use the kitchen, where possible cooperate. If you want to change the diet, conversing in advance. We are healthy cooking, usually we cook fresh food every day. If you want to invite a friend acuérdalo advance with us, no pets, no smoke, therefore, we prefer not to do because we are not used, we prioritize sport.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
