We live with my son Oliver of 20 years, in a nice house of two levels, mountain style newly renovated, located in residential neighborhood in San Pedro de la Paz in Concepción VIII region, next to shopping centers, restaurants, bars, 2 blocks from lagoon - Llacolen spa and 3 of the Rio Biobio, with great mobility.
The 3 rooms available are, two, on the 2nd floor next to the bathroom and the living room, where there is a desk, in each there is a bed, and closet, both of small size, and on the first level there is a Larger room for two people, with desk and bathroom in front. .The house has an integrated kitchen and open to the living-dining room in a single large room overlooking the garden where there is a small barbecue, terrace and pool.
Oliver, my son, studied at the university, Gladys, my partner is an artisan in wool and lives in Pucon, comes sometimes to see me, I work in a metal export company, located 15 minutes away, on the other side of the Biobio river.

Our house is located in a residential area of unbeatable location, surrounded by trade 10 minutes from downtown Concepción, between Michimalongo and Lota, 2 blocks from the Laguna Llacolen of San Pedro de la Paz and 5 of the Laguna San Pedro.

No smoking in the house and outside visitors must do, no problems leaving the kitchen to hold all limpio.igualmente the bathroom, because it is also used for visits.

Gonzalo & his wife were excellent hosts and made me feel at home. Fortunately for me Gonzalo spoke English and were able to discuss the differences between UK & Chile which helps to make my stay in Chile more interesting.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
