María Paz lives alone in the Vitacura neighborhood of the city of Santiago de Chile. The apartment is very modern, with a beautiful view of the Andes Mountains, the building has only 28 apartments of very good standard and features a large outdoor yacuzi and well-equipped gym, a half block is a street that is a walk with great shops and restaurants. The building is new and the apartment has a large outdoor terrace, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living room, large kitchen and loggia, all rooms have a splendid view. I have 3 children and 4 grandchildren who live with me. My passion is skiing and have an apartment in La Parva Ski Center 45 km. Santiago.

My apartment is located one block north of Kennedy Avenue and one block east of Geronimo de Alderete (new alley high level). Has locomotion Av Vitacura (3 blocks from the apartment) and Av Kennedy (to block from the apartment). It is close to Shoping Shoping Parque Arauco and Alto Las Condes.

Keep noise to a minimum after midnight. You can use the kitchen leaving her always impeccable. No strangers are allowed visits by the hostess.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
