The family consists of 4 members: Omar, Lucy (parents) and ignacio fernando. The house is located near supermarkets, gyms, public transport, shoopings. It is 10 minutes walk from the metro which can be accessed in 30 minutes to downtown and 15 to several universities such as Catholic University of Chile, University Federico Santa María and Inacap. The room is separated from the house, is a department with bed, furniture, closet and a private bathroom. Our house has plenty of room and a swimming pool for hot days. Omar is a retired State Bank of Chile and Lucy is also retired from the Air Force of Chile; Fernando is a journalist Ignacio engineering student in hospitality and tourism. Fernando Ignacio and speak English, Portuguese and Spanish so they can better help shape foreign and Lucy and Omar have all set up and cool to do well.

At home we speak Spanish but also fernando e ignacio speak Portuguese and English. And ignacio a little French.

About the Area
Our house is located 10 minutes from the metro service and using the city will reach the city center in 30 minutes. 5 minutes from the house is the bus stop and you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and a gym. Within 10 minutes there is also a soccer field that can be leased. The shoopings are a 10 minute Auto, 30 minutes walking and 15 minutes by Metro.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
