Abel es muy amable y quedarse en su departamento es como quedarse en casa. Me gustó mucho que el supermercado está muy cerca y la piscina del edificio es refrescante.

Abel’s flat was very clean and tidy. There was access to cooking equipment in the kitchen and the washing system in the building was easy to use. There were two other guests staying in the other room when I first arrived, who were very friendly and welcoming. After they left I moved from the double room into the room with the twin beds. A few people came to visit the flat during the time I was there, once for an insurance inspection and once for a viewing to buy the flat. Abel gave me prior notice to both of these occasions and the one time I was home when the people came to view the flat they were very respectful and polite. Abel was very friendly and helpful if I needed advice about the city or how to get around. Overall I would recommend his place in future.

Abel is an incredibly helpful host and have me a tour of the city on my first night in Santiago. The accommodation is fantastic - comfortable, well-equipped and in a great part of the city with supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants close-by.

Une première nuit un peu déçus, un lit en 90 cm pour deux. Bien dans l'ensemble, réception cordiale. Logement propre et agréable, bien situé sur la ville que l'on peut pratiquement visiter à pied.

Abel es una persona muy agradable, y cuando uno va a su casa se siente como si estuviera en la propia, fue una experiencia muy buena y puedo decir con seguridad a quien se hospede con el, que no se arrepentirá.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
