We are a family of 3 people, my name Andrea and my two daughters of 14 and 15 years old, Martina and Valentina, we have two pets Fiona and Benito who are in the yard, we love to travel, sports, good cooking and sharing with people from different parts of the world, we want our guests to feel at home, to enjoy everything that the South of Chile offers, beautiful landscapes, and steps from the heart of the city, the house is steps away from Mall Portal Temuco, Gym (Dutch Club), varied restaurants, meters from the supermarket, pharmacies and German Clinic, privileged and safe sector.
The house is located in a closed condominium of 4 houses, patio with trampoline and terrace for breakfast outdoors if we are in Spring and summer.
The 2 rooms available have TV, Wifi, cable TV and shared bathroom.
Guests will have access to kitchen, laundry, and the value includes breakfast (tea, coffee, sugar or sweetener, milk, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and cereals).
We have two rooms available, the house has 3 bathrooms and 4 rooms in total.
The House is open to welcome students to schools or universities, or people who want to know Chile, and everything that is close to Temuco 1 hour away, Lake Calafquen, hot springs, resorts, Canopy, Waterfalls, Rafting, Corralco Sky Center , among others.
For extra values you can hire half board or full board.

About the Area
Our house is located steps away from Mall Portal Temuco, 7 minutes by bus from the center of the city, residential area and near the Dreams casino, steps from the Unimarc supermarket, walking to restaurants, German Clinic, very close to schools like George Chaytor and Green House. Next door a fitness center (Dutch Club), close to everything walking sector, banks and shopping centers

House Rules
Cleaning rules:
* When occupying the kitchen always leave everything washed and stored
* When occupying the bathroom, leave clean for the person who will occupy later.
* The trash goes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so you must help get the Trash to the truck.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
