Large apartment with large common areas kitchen, living room and terrace. Excellent location, in front of the beach and the Mall and other services such as hospitals, supermarkets, pharmacies (drugstore) and banks. Near locomotion and buses for the rest of the city and Chile. Perfect for students and tourists. Everybody is welcome.
In the department 3 more people live. No pets.

Our Department is located two blocks from the Mall, Supermarket, pharmacies and banks. The bus stop is 2.5 blocks from the apartment, you walk about 5 minutes delay. Have sea two blocks, and a nice promenade to walk. The airport is 2h 15 min. 134 Km

You can use the kitchen but must clean up afterwards.
No strangers are received at home, if you want to invite a friend you telling me.
You must take care of our home as you would your own.
Please keep our safe house, shut the front door with double round using the key lock, so when you enter and when you leave.
Reduce noise to a minimum after midnight.

Your host is a non-smoker.

Very nice host mom, laid back family, very clean amazing apartment with awesome view of beach. Easy to work with and does not get TOO in your business. Very helpful with tips/hints about the city. Would highly recommend.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
