Pedro and Cecilia live in beautiful apartment on the ninth floor of a building in the highlands of Vina del Mar, 90 minutes away from Santiago. The department is enabled with the amenities for a good rest and enjoy the view over the bay of Viña del Mar. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has cable TV and Internet access. The building has beautiful gardens and two pools, one for adults and one for children. Peter is now retired and Cecilia works at a law firm. They like taking a walk in Viña del Mar and the hills of the nearby city of Valparaiso. Also like to go for a bike ride along the coastal edge, especially in spring and autumn.

About the Area
THE apartment is located 100 meters from the main avenue, with locomotion towards the city center (10 minutes) and Santiago (90 minutes). It is a 14-story building and we are located in the ninth. Very quiet and safe area. Vina del Mar is a purely University City, while the nearby Valparaiso, 15 minutes by bus, is a World Heritage Site.

House Rules
Smoking within the department are not allowed. The apartment has a large terrace where you can smoke. The building does not accept any kind of pets. Use of the kitchen is free, but calls clean up when finished using it. Enjoy your stay and try our home as you would with your own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
