10h teaching = free homestay with a sunny female scientist
This 4-bedroom flat is located in the center of Chengdu, just beside Sichuan University, one of the prestigious univ. globally. We are in a newly built, clean and convenient court. I am single and my 6y son lives in this flat only 2 nights per week. You have your own double room with large window facing river-view and you have your own bath room.
The price is negotiable. 200 yuan per night, 700 yuan per week, 2500 yuan per month or 25000 yuan per year.
Sichuan Province is full of wonderful sight-seeing places to go. Other than just giving good advices about a trip, I may possibly drive you to some places where foreigners would never know or get access to. The best way to visit Tibet and around is to live and work here for a year.
Me, a self-confident, hard-working, traditional and modern female chemist, welcome you to help me with building up an environment for my 6y boy to learn English and your culture. I hope you were born in the U.S., the U.K. Australia, Newzeland and other English country, or your English is as good as a mother tongue. You are hopefully good at communication with kids. I hope you are sunny person, healthy and smart in science. 16-45y male/female are welcomed.
Part time job opportunity is supplied. To teach 5-8y kids (5-6 in one class) science in English for 2 hs and you can get 500 Yuan plus a dinner outside with Chinese mothers and kids for free. This has been arranged once or twice per week according to your will. The basic income here is 1000 yuan per month, for your reference.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Friends are very rarely (1-2 times per year) allowed to visit in our flat.
Clean up dishes/bed immediately after your finish using them.
Keep clean and clear of your bedroom and bathroom or pay extra fee for cleaner (around 100 Yuan per hour).
No TV and noise after 10 pm.
Come back home before 11 pm or tell me in advance.
No using drugs.
No drunk.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
