Hello everybody who are about to visit Xi'an China. My boyfriend, who is from South Korea and I are living in a oneroom in un apartment here in Xi'an. We will provide you another oneroom, which is in the same apartment and with seperate bathroom and kitchen equipped. You will have your own privacy and cook your own meal by yourself. Plus, if you need host's help, we will get into your help in no time because we're living in the same apartment. We have bus station right under our house and it's convienient to go to supermarkets or any shopping malls. If you need airport pickup, we will also be in your help. I'm a language lover, I speak Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish a little. I wil try my best to help everybody here living in my house. Hope to see you guys soon!
Additional Info
We also provide renting of a cellphone with a local telephone number and traffic cards which can be used both for buses and subways. For thoese who want to learn Chinese or want to learn Chinese while travelling, we can offer Chinese lessons. Or if you want to learn Korean too, we also provide Korean lessons. (We are a Chinese-Korean couple.)

About the Area
It's located in Gaoxin, district, Xi'an city, Shan Xi province. It's an apartment here and is very safe. We have 24-hour guards downstairs. It's not in the city center though but the bus is very convienent and comes at very 10 minutes. Also it's very easy to take a taxi. The taxi fee here is fine and it will not cost you much even though you go to a far place.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
