My house is in the center of the city, next to the park, municipal government and five-star hotel, with a two-story duplex structure. We are a family of four, including three-year-old children. We provide guests with fully equipped rooms and carry bags. The house has a rest area and two bathrooms. We hope that our guests can understand simple English. We are hospitable and have a private car to provide all kinds of living convenience. There are domestic flights, airports and high-speed rail stations in the local area. The owners can provide free pick-up service.

About the Area
My house is close to the city government, next to the five-star hotel and plaza, 15 minutes drive from the high-speed rail and airport, shopping, plaza and green space, artificial lake, cinema, art hall, living and transportation facilities The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk away. The most distinctive feature is the 25-minute drive from the 5A-level scenic spot "Moon Capital" - Mingyue Mountain, which has the world's highest selenium hot springs and 1,800 meters of natural forest oxygen bar.

House Rules
According to the needs of the guests, you can provide any items that exist locally (if you are willing to pay), including Western, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese dishes, siphon coffee pots, microwave ovens, etc. Hot water is supplied throughout the day. Provide car transfer service, free use of motorbikes, electric cars, bicycles, tea sets, tea bars, and any need to communicate with us in advance, we will fully meet the requirements of the law. There is a dedicated smoking room and it will remain quiet after 10pm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
