Apartment located inside a residential unit or closed set, parking for car, motorcycle or bicycle, quite central and has transport to all sides and access to all the city's fast roads, the residential unit has gardens and areas for smokers, Close to a shopping center for shopping, restaurants, cinema and supermarkets.
Our main interest is that our hosts have values such as respect, tolerance, kindness because they will be received in a family atmosphere, welcoming with all the help that are available to make your stay the best experience you can find.

House Rules
For you to have a harmonious and cordial stay you must take into account:
1. Inside the house is not smoked, so we have areas within the residential complex so you can smoke.
2. Only stay for the guest, visits, group work, meetings you must reserve in other places.
3. Respect ideologies, cultures, idioms, race or color, but respect is our main value, strong words, inappropriate comments should not be made to not affect the environment.
4. The arrival time is at the disposal of the host but if we ask for the favor of advising by phone, whatsapp, mail to be informed that it is well and to be pending of his arrival in case he needs help for the payment of any transport service Or enter the apartment.
5. The volume levels for music should be considered for the hours included from 09 a.m. to 06 p.m., we recommend the use of hands free.
6. The use of the bathroom is shared thank you for your collaboration, keeping it clean and in conditions of use for all.
7. The kitchen can be used taking into account the recommendations of the host.
8. You will always find clean and things in their place, we ask for help so that everything stays that way.
9. You can use the internet whenever you want but you must have your own computer.
10. Within the apartment, no member consumes hallucinogens, amphetamines, narcotics or alcoholic beverages, in case of occurrence we will request the eviction of the room.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
