I'm a project manager. I live with my wife and my friend (girl). We would like to host a lot of people in our home. We have a really nice experience to make you feel comfortable and happy in Bogota. Our house is located in a safe area and close to the city center and many facilities around us. I promise we will provide everything you need and you will never forget us. Finally, do not forget our house is always your house. Welcome everybody from all the world
I live in a house of three with my wife Clara Murcia, we are in a strategic sector near to shopping centers, business center of the north of the capital, clinics and parks.
We are characterized by being very hospitable, you will feel at home.

About the Area
Our house is located 30 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the international business center north of the city, 5 minutes from shopping centers and universities and libraries. This in a prime location to have major access routes of access, natural kids, among other attractions. We offer a shuttle van Campero type.

House Rules
Recommendations for your stay: 1. Warn when bring or invite a person, the visit is only allowed in the room, not in the entertaining room prior agreement. Two. Using a stereo volume wise after midnight. Three. Free to use appliances and common areas of the house, as long as the order and cleanliness is maintained. April. John was like a brother. He is a very nice and kind person. His family also was really kind. I really advise you to stay with them. They are the best. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
