Nice Apartment, strategically located just 5-7 minutes from the walled city, 1 minute from the airport and close to the beaches:
The Crespo neighborhood is characterized by its wide streets, very traditional, quiet, residential and close to the beaches and all the touristic places in Cartagena.There are many supermarkets near the apartment (Surtimax, ARA, Merkoscrepo), restaurants, Grocery store and drug stores. This neighborhood has a quiet and lonely beach and a very nice linear park to go to work out or just relax.

- Allocate the room for your stay and rest.
- Access to the room is restricted to persons who were not registered at the time of check-in. (Visitors not allowed).
- Air conditioning with scheduled time, however the room has a fan.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terrace with closed doors.
- When using the common areas you should leave them as you found them.
- Children are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Avoid leaving valuables in common areas.
- Prohibited to consume and introduce hallucinogenic substances
- If possible do not cause noise and avoid inconvenience to the inhabitants of the apartment and the building. (Throw the doors)
- I do not get cash. All payments will be through Airbnb.
- Please keep everything stored in your room in the living room and leave the kitchen clean after using everything neat and clean.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
