My Rustik Home is a big shared house by Exito la 70. It is close to the most important landmarks of the area: Stadium metro station, Exito la 70, 70 Ave., UPB, First Park of Laureles and so on. So, you´ll be close to the action: bars, restaurants, nightlife, transportation, universities, etc. It is a two story house. It has 2 kitchens, 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 2 washers on the first level. On the second level you´ll find the best part of the house which is the rooftop of more than 200m2, half is covered and half uncovered, it has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 200mbs internet optic fiber, hot water and all utilities included. I can hosts individuals, couples, families and groups. The neighborhood is one of the best in the city, in the Laureles Stadium area and close to the historic center. Everything you need is at hand: bars, restaurants, public transport, pharmacies, banks, shops, etc. The accommodation is next to Éxito de la Setenta (70 Av.), one of the most important supermarkets in the area.

Our house is located close to the stadium metro station, the famous 70 avenue where you find bars, restaurants, banks, etc. Everything is at hand. The neighbourhood is very calm and sorrounded by trees and parks, great spot to rest at night.

NORMAS DE LA CASA

Para una sana y tranquila convivencia es importante que tengas en cuenta las siguientes normas de la casa. Recuerda que es un barrio y una casa residencial. El incumplimiento de estas normas puede llevar a una sanción económica y, en caso reiterativo, a la terminación de su estancia en esta casa.
1. No se permiten fiestas de turismo sexual o abuso de alucinógenos.
2. Sólo se permite música o ruido después las 9 de la noche en la terraza exterior.
3. La basura se debe colocar en las canecas dispuestas para ello.
4. Dejar siempre cerradas las rejas de afuera.
5. Respetar la privacidad y convivencia con los vecinos.
6. No se permite el ingreso de mascotas a la casa a no ser con explícita autorización del anfitrión.
7. No se permite el ingreso de menores de edad sin la compañía de sus padres o un tutor certificado.
8. No compartir comida o dinero con los indigentes afuera de la casa puesto que esto haría que se acostumbren a amotinarse afuera.
9. Evitar jugar fútbol, correr o realizar movimientos bruscos en la terraza descubierta puesto que esto deteriora la capa de impermeabilizante y se pueden producir humedades en el piso de abajo.
10. Evitar dejar basura en este espacio: colillas de cigarrillo, envases, papeles en las terrazas, etc.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
